Before handling a urinary infection on your own, ask your doctor if the infection is caused by bacteria, a virus, fungi, or parasites. The treatment you need to follow is different for every case. This juice is effective is because the blueberries acidify the urine and make the urinary tract a bad place for bacteria to grow.
The first recipe of juices that help in the treatment of urinary tract infections is very simple. You will only need a handful of blueberries and a glass of water. Celery and chamomile juice

To prepare this juice that helps in the treatment of urinary tract infections, you will need 2 celery stalks, 3 liters of water, and 1 infusion of chamomile. Mix de celery stalks, the water, and the infusion in a blender until they are all well incorporated. Strain the juice and drink one glass every day before going to bed.
Goji berry smoothie
Goji berries are rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin B, and strengthen the urinary system. To prepare this juice you will need 50 grams of almonds, 50 grams of Goji berries (fresh or dried), 20 grams of pine nuts, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil, 2- 3 green leaves of peppermint, and 300 to 400 milliliters of mineral water.
Put the almonds in a large bowl and let them soak in water overnight. The next day, peel them and pass them and cover them with mineral water in the fridge for 24 hours. Wash the goji berries if they’re fresh; if they’re dry, soak them for 15 minutes with mineral water. Finally, blend all the ingredients together with water until you get the desired consistency.
